In March, LiuGong delivered a batch of 870H loaders to a nickel mining project in Sulawesi, Indonesia. These loaders, inheriting LiuGong's advantages of high quality, strong adaptability, and safety, injected strong momentum into local nickel mine production and gained high recognition from customers.

此次交付的设备主要应用于电厂煤炭工况，在相同作业条件下，相较之前提升两倍的工作效率，通过现场工作数据对比，真实呈现了柳工870H装载机在工况中的省油和高效表现。

The equipment delivered this time is mainly used in coal-fired power plant conditions. Under the same operating conditions, the work efficiency has been doubled compared to before. Through on-site work data comparison, it truly demonstrates the fuel-saving and efficient performance of LiuGong 870H loaders in various conditions.

整车采用“肌肉感”十足的全新外观设计，并搭载柳工自主研发的全自动控制系统和定变量液压系统，作业时能够根据负载需要自动调节流量，有效避免溢流功率损失，在大幅降低操作强度的同时，进一步提高节能效率。

The loader adopts a new exterior design with a strong “Muscular” style. It is equipped with LiuGong's independently developed fully automatic control system and variable displacement hydraulic system. During operation, it can automatically adjust the flow according to the load requirements, effectively avoiding overflow power loss. While significantly reducing operational intensity, it further improves energy efficiency.

此外，该机型采用加强型干式桥和前车架，保障在重型工况作业中更强的承载能力和更高的可靠性。

In addition, this model uses reinforced dry axle and front frames, ensuring greater load-bearing capacity and higher reliability in heavy-duty operating conditions.

基于载荷谱优化发动机特性，870H应用“驼峰曲线”技术，有效提升动力性能，并配备行业领先的柴油机变速箱减震装置，将驾驶室的振动降低40%，即使在满载作业的情况下，也能保证整车运行的平稳和流畅。

Based on load spectrum optimized characteristics, the 870H applies the “tuned engine curve” technology, effectively improving its power performance. It is equipped with industry-leading diesel engine gearbox shock absorbers, reducing cabin vibration by 40%, ensuring smooth operation even under full load conditions.
